Excellent meals and service. High quality facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great assistance when landing in Bali and progressing through customs and with transport.
The location is not really close (e.g. walking distance) to Sanur Beach which is a bit misleading. It is in an out of the way situation which would be good to make clear as this has an appeal for some, but for others it would be a turn off.

The villas are located in a village north of Sanur - perfect location for those who just want to relax without being bothered by the hundreds of tourists in Bali. Very spacious rooms, very nice design, very comfy, we had perfect 3 days after an exhausting 2 weeks trip in Sumatra. We did not expect much since we did not have much time for research when we booked the room online, so we were completely surprised when we got there.

Villa concept is new to me but I feel so comfort from the airport untill the villa. Everything been take care. I like the pool and the room.
Since im muslim I feel the foods here not halal (I guess), so for breakfast I order the bread only. Network for wifi and mobile phone are not stable here

We would say that the staff are absolutely excellent in their conduct and helpfulness. The rooms are lovely and each one is differently designed. We were fortunate to have been moved to a suite on our last night and it was amazing. The free shuttle to Sanur and Ubad are useful as it can be expensive getting taxis. The breakfast was delicious and presentation was fabulous. It's located in a very secluded part of Sanur so there's plenty of peace and quiet.
Unfortunately the description of the hotel stated that it was in Sanur. However it's actually 25 mins away from the centre. Whilst this may appeal to some, we were disappointed that there were no eateries or any outside hustle bustle to enjoy, also as it was the primary factor in our decision to book it. Taxi from the airport is also expensive so be prepared. On site catering is quite pricey but the food is tasty. Despite the excellent staff, we were not given all the details as to what additional benefits there were. Apparently we were entitled to a foot massage and free airport transfers but no one mentioned this to us. It may be worthwhile sorting all this when you arrive. Also the beach on it's doorstep has backsand so not at all suitable for enjoying.

The pool
Wifi was not working, most of the staff could not speak very good English, the villa was a 20 minute drive away from downtown Sanur, set shuttle times for transport, there were no restaurants within walking distance of the villa, breakfast was poor.

The villa was impressive, very luxury, much more than I expected. The sea view is amazing. The situation is very quiet if you want to stay around Sanur, fare from the turist.
No intimity. Staff were always coming into the room or garden without advising.

New building
This hotel is NOT in Sanur! It is in Ketewel, which is 20 minutes north of Sanur. The hotel has somehow managed to show itself in Sanur on Google Maps, but they have admitted to us that they have done this intentionally to attract guests This hotel has recently opened and is not up to speed yet. The Spa is not fully operational, there is no roomservice menu, and no facilities anywhere near the hotel. The shuttle service from and to sanur is not operating as you would ecpect from a 4 star. Furthermore, the bathrooms have tubs only, no shower. The rooms are small, and you share a communal living room with your neighbour. Moreover, you cannot go to the beach here. The sand is pitchblack and there are no wavebreakers like in Sanur, so swimming is impossible. I would highly recommed this hotel to be taken of Booked.net, as they are clearly not who they say they are.

I liked the intimacy at the resort
A glass sliding glass door fell down on me and broke into pieces. The toilet was in full sight from the bedroom through a glass wall, which felt unpleasant.

The staff was nice and helpfull. Beautiful hotel, design, lot off space in the room.
When you see the hotel on Booked.net it seems too be placed near Sanur Beach. That its not correct. Its placed 20 min. Driving from Sanur nearby Ketewel village in out off nowhere.

We like the privacy of the "villa set up". The hotel is facing the ocean, and most of the rooms have sea view. Each villa arrangement with living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor areas are surrounding it's own swimming pool. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus arrangement to Ubud and Sanur which gives you good possibilities to go for shopping in nearby good locations. The staff is well trained in a professional way, and they are extremely friendly and alert.
The resort just opened so there are some beginner mistakes which are in the progress to be solved. The internet is most of the time OK but sometimes not OK. Some more chairs with good reading lights would be good for people who want to read while staying at the resort. The office entrance does not live up to the quality of the villas and the rooms which are of a much higher standard.
